Job Location: Cerritos, CA 90703

 

Job Summary

As a Global Service Management Trainee, your mission is to grow rapidly under DJI's training system, fully master the skills and knowledge of the after-sales service system, and help or even lead the further optimization and improvement of the DJI's overseas service system.

 

Essential Functions

All essential duties are able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation to all individuals with or without disability.

Responsible for overseas NPI according to DJI's product road map, ensure the success of product launch

Responsible for the localization and implementation of the operation processes in line with Headquarter

Conduct comprehensive optimizations and improvements to repair process and operation through production data analysis, including yield, efficiency, and cost model

Conduct operation workshop planning, including action route, workshop layout, and logistics flow

Use quality engineering analysis tools to formulate a quality evaluation index system ba

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

Bachelors in these related areas of study or other related majors: Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior), Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations & Supply Chain, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations)

0-3 years of related experience

Ability to use English as a working language, professional proficiency required

Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese fluently, native or bilingual proficiency preferred

Demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other internal departments.

Strong logical thinking ability to quickly identify process problems.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly required to sit and use fingers to manually input data and write as well as talk and hear to communicate with other employees.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include near acuity, color vision, field of vision and ability to adjust focus. The employee will be expected to sit in front of a computer to look at the computer screen.

The position has sedentary lifting requirements. May occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Environmental Conditions

The job operates in a professional office environment.

 

FLSA Compliance and Work hours

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday and can range anywhere between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand.

 

Travel

Up to 15% of domestic or international travel is expected for this position.
