Job Summary
As a Global Service Management Trainee, your mission is to grow rapidly under DJI's training system, fully master the skills and knowledge of the after-sales service system, and help or even lead the further optimization and improvement of the DJI's overseas service system.
Essential Functions

l Responsible for overseas NPI according to DJI's product road map, ensure the success of product launch
l Responsible for the localization and implementation of the operation processes in line with Headquarter
l Conduct comprehensive optimizations and improvements to repair process and operation through production data analysis, including yield, efficiency, and cost model
l Conduct operation workshop planning, including action route, workshop layout, and logistics flow
l Use quality engineering analysis tools to formulate a quality evaluation index system ba
l Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
l Bachelors in these related areas of study or other related majors: Business (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Org Behavior), Economics, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Operations & Supply Chain, Liberal Arts (e.g., Psychology, Industrial and Labor Relations)
l 0-3 years of related experience
l Ability to use English as a working language, professional proficiency required
l Ability to read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese fluently, native or bilingual proficiency preferred
l Demonstrated the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with other internal departments.
l Strong logical thinking ability to quickly identify process problems.

FLSA Compliance and Work hours
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday and can range anywhere between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as duties demand.
Travel
Up to 15% of domestic or international travel is expected for this position.
