Our client's US headquarter is in New York, with a global presence of its R&D talents. Our client is planning to launch its first product, a smart fitness device with intelligent hardware, customizable workout classes, and an engaging community, in Q1 2022.


Position


1. HR Manager/BP of People & Culture

Location: New York (On-site)


Overview

As the Manager of People & Culture, you will play an instrumental role in building an energetic and high-performing team. You will manage and assist across all the aspects related to people & culture, from recruiting, onboarding, HR policies, to training, team building, and retention. It is a unique opportunity to be a part of building a new team and launching a new brand that will see steep growth in the coming months.


Responsibilities

Partner with senior management in organization planning and talent recruitment (50-60%).

Collaborate with HR COE to define HR strategies to support the newly formed US team.

Support business leaders in workforce planning, talent development, performance management, culture building, and retention.

Be responsible for all aspects of the administrative service of NYC, U.S. office, and work on-site.


Desired experience and qualities

5years of recruiting and HR experience.

Proven ability to work independently and as a team member.

Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment.

A working experience in high-tech or Internet companies is preferred.

Mandarin and English language skills are required.
